We are thrilled to welcome Amanda and Alex to the PiinPoint team! Their diverse backgrounds and extensive experience are set to make a significant impact as we continue to innovate and expand our services.

Alex Hejmej: Our Newest Full-Time Developer

Alex has joined PiinPoint as our newest full-time developer, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective. Having completed three co-op terms with us, Alex is already well-versed in our operations and poised to contribute immediately. A recent graduate from Kitchener, Alex now calls downtown Toronto home, where he enjoys cooking, fitness, and video games.

Beyond his technical skills, Alex has a personal understanding of the challenges faced by growing businesses. His family owns and operates Pierogi House, a beloved establishment that brings authentic Polish pierogis to the tables of Ontario with locations in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Guelph. This unique background gives Alex an invaluable insight into the needs of our clients and enhances his ability to develop user-centric solutions.

Amanda Maze: Bringing Customer Insights to the Forefront

Amanda joins us from Wild Fork Canada, where she was a PiinPoint customer and a leader in using data and analytics to drive business strategy. With over 15 years of experience, Amanda has a proven track record in leveraging data to inform retail real estate decisions. She played a pivotal role in Wild Fork's expansion into Canada and has previously worked with industry giants like RBC, Walmart, and Scotiabank.

As our new Director of Strategic Accounts, Amanda’s expertise will elevate our customer service, offering a refined, data-driven approach to our clients. Her firsthand experience in the retail sector means she truly understands our customers' needs and challenges. 

Outside of work, Amanda is an avid floral gardener, participating in her neighborhood's garden tours. She is also a seasoned traveler, having visited every continent.

The addition of Amanda and Alex marks an exciting chapter for PiinPoint.
